Happy Halloween!

I think Sophia thoroughly enjoyed her day today!  At daycare she got to be a kitty cat inside (eee-ow) and a monkey for their walk around the block.  I was able to escape from work an hour early so I could see her enjoy her halloween!

I arrived home to find Sophia hoarding the candy that was soposed to be handed out.  Under the couch cushions, in the trunk of her car... she must have known it would be leaving the house!  lol.  We dressed her all up in her monkey costume and out we went.  She was a little unsure the first house but figured it out pretty quick!  Even though it was drizzling a bit, she went up to every house and announced "trick or treat" often before they opend the door.  She did always say thank you though and off she would go "walk" again.  Unfortunately I think we tired her out because she didn't want to go back out again with daddy.

She stayed in then and handed out candy to the kids coming to our house (now that she knew how it worked).  She was very generous giving out both handfuls of candy to each kid which, unfortunately, meant that we had to dig into our reserved for the parents stash.  She also made sure to say trick or treat to each kiddo that came to the door.
